SRM Meditation – A free talk…

What is SRM?

A meditation for everyone! Self Recognition meditation SRM ™ is unique from any other single meditation form including other transcending meditation forms.

Unlike other transcending meditations, SRM mantras are selected that are vibrationally compatible with each meditator rather than randomly selected or selected by age. It is suited for everyone from ages 5 to infinity. It is so simple and easy that anyone in any condition at any age can take up the practices with ease. It only requires 15-30 minutes twice a day.

While we offer basic yoga postures, you are not required to do yoga, nor are you required to sit in an uncomfortable position to meditate. A comfortable chair is enough for successful meditation.

See the Difference…

Results of SRM may vary from person to person depending on regularity and retreats you may take. However, most people report experiencing increased calmness, clarity, concentration, general wellbeing, and happiness. From this, more creativity and productivity arises.

If material wellbeing is your goal, you can likely experience more and more over time. If spiritual wellbeing is desired, over time you will likely experience deeper level awareness and deeper spiritual awakening then possible from mindfulness or transcending forms of meditation.

If you interested there is a free talk on Self Recognition Meditation on Saturday, March 8 at 12:00pm pst (Los Angeles time). Please feel free to give a try. Here is the Zoom link and password info: Join Zoom Meeting

Nomination of Dr. Jessie Mercay for Padma Bushan!!!

 Dear Friends,

I am happy to let you know that I have nominated Dr. Jessie J Mercay for Padma Bhushan (third-highest civilian award in the Republic of India). Here are my nomination notes...

"We all know or heard about our Nation, our culture, our tradition, our architecture, our arts, and science are filled with rich heritage, high values, vibrant life, attractive colors and heart-felt spiritual bliss which we all wonder at knowingly or unknowingly how is it? But very few know its true Source, its authentic Science and our ancient fore-Father of this Science and Technology. I was lucky and blessed to know about this through Dr. Jessie Mercay's "Fabrics of the Universe - The Origins, Implications, and Applications of Vastu Science and Vaastu Science and Technology". Through her I learned about the true Source (Absolute Space and Time, OM Light, OM Sound, Ether, Air, Fire, Water, Earth), authentic Vastu Science and Vaastu Science and Technology where it is very very rare of find these days, and last but not least the Progenitor of Vastu, our ancient fore-Father of this Science, Mamuni Mayan. Mamuni Mayan is none other than, Guru Moorthy (Master of Arts and Science) or Dhakshina Moorthy (South facing God) or Vishwa Karma (Architect of Universe). Through her I came know to about our own son of Soil, renown master architect Padma Bhusan Dr. V. Ganapathi Sthapati. Through them I came to know about Aintiram (Five Aspects), Pranava Vedam (First Veda), Oli Neri (Order of Light) and other well-known existing works of Mamuni Mayan like Surya Siddanta. We are all blessed and thankful to our ancient fore-fathers, Dr. V. Ganapathi Sthapati for reviving this lost science and technology and Dr. Jessie Mercay for spearheading this science and technology and making it to reach to right person around the globe!!!

Science I have learned here has not been taught anywhere is our schools and college. The science I learned from modern science, doesn't resonate, or connect with my heart. The science that resonates with-in you, connects to your heart is true science, or real wisdom (Atma-Gyan or Bramha Gyan or Mei-Arivu). That's what been taught here at AUM Science and Technology by Dr. Jessie Mercay and her students. She is a beacon of light reflecting the light of wisdom from Dr. Ganapathi Sthapati, from Mamuni Mayan and from our bottom of heart, the Atman (The real Sun - The true light of wisdom)!!! Truly, honestly, and sincerely I believe she earns this award not just for her service to humanity, not just for dedicating her whole life for finding and spreading this divine wisdom around the world, not just for brining harmony and bliss in our life through Architecture, but just for being human and true to her-Self (Atman). If she is recognized of being human, we have recognized our true Self and golden moments of our life is about to start...

I like to end this with quote from Mamuni Mayan here...

Ullame Moolamaahi, Unarvuram Koolamaahi,
Ullame Ookamaahi, Ullame Unarvumaahi,
Ullame Vazhiyum Kaati, Ullame Oliymum Allithu,
Ullame Vettriyai Nalkum Ulavial Muraiyai Kaanbeer!

The one with-in us (Atman) becomes the Source, That becomes the Form we feel with-in,
The one with-in becomes the Encouragement/motivation, That becomes what we Feel with-in,
The one with-in our heart shows us the Pathway, The one with-in our heart gives us the Light,
The one with-in our heart obtains us the Victory, See this wonderful nature of our heart with-in!!!"

Children and Technology: How to Protect Our Little Ones From EMF

Nowadays, babies not long out of the womb can make use of iPhones attached to babies’ bottles, iPads on potties, wireless nappies and change tables. It’s just a whole new level of ridiculousness that’s really not good for anyone.
All these wireless devices expose us to man-made EMF radiation. It’s often called high-frequency or microwave radiation. No previous generation has ever been exposed during childhood and adolescence to this kind of widespread radiation. My nine-year-old son was born around the time the iPad was launched. So, these kids and the following generations have lived their whole lives surrounded and immersed in man-made high-frequency EMFs, at complete odds with the extremely mild EMFs generated by their own bodies.

Why and How is Wireless Technology Affecting Children?

Let’s look at an iPad. They emit short bursts of pulsed microwave radiation even when we are not using them. These bursts typically occur every 4 seconds or up to 900 times every hour. Even when they are not in use they are continually searching for a signal. Smartphones do the same thing.
Hundreds of studies have linked EMF radiation with ill-health effects: headaches, migraines, anxiety, depression, sleep problems, heart problems, infertility, ADHD and autism.
The heart, brain and reproductive organs are most badly affected. It makes sense: we put phones to our ears/brains, iPads close to our face and tablets/laptops on our laps. These organs also contain the highest density of ‘Voltage-Gated Calcium Channels’. When we are exposed to man-made EMFs these gates open, allowing millions of calcium ions into each and every cell, wreaking havoc. A massive inflammatory cascade ensues: inflammation equals disease.
Of course, our hearts and brains run on electricity too (that’s what ECGs and EEGs measure). So, any unnatural form of EMF is bound to affect our own natural electrical systems.

Why are children more at risk than adults?

Children are not little adults. They are impacted way more than we are because their heads are smaller, their skulls much thinner and right up until about 20 years of age their brains are still developing. Their brain tissue contains more fluid and so is more conductive than ours. The bone marrow and eyes absorb way more radiation than the rest of their body. Stem cells are also much more numerous and active in growing bodies and have been shown to be affected by high-frequency radiation. That’s why when it comes to children and technology, we simply have to be vigilant.

Cancer Risk

As far back as 2011 high-frequency EMF (this includes WiFi radiation) has been on the World Health Organisation’s Class 2B List of Possible Human Carcinogens. This is based on research showing increased brain cancer in heavy users of mobile phones (that is, 30 minutes per day) with over 10 years of use. Note that was 30 minutes a day – how often do you or children talk for that length of time or longer?
Brain cancer rates are increasing significantly and the longer we spend on the phone and the closer we hold it to our body the higher the risk. There is lots of research screaming at us to take note.
Some really significant studies have been undertaken in recent years that shows that the earlier a child (under twenty years of age) starts using a mobile (or cordless) phone, the higher the risk of developing a malignant brain tumour (glioma) or an acoustic neuroma. The latter is a rare, slowly growing benign tumour found between the ear and the brain. The study showed that children who started using a mobile phone as teenagers go on to develop 4 to 8 times more brain cancers than those who began using phones later in life. The younger the child, the greater the risk. These findings have been corroborated by other major studies such as the Interphone study and the CERENAT study.
Modelling shows that children’s heads absorb more than twice the amount of radiation from a smartphone than an adult. Their bone marrow ten times as much. This increased risk doesn’t just apply to phones but iPads too, as these are often used close to the head. Every single manufacturer of phones and tablets worldwide issues a safety warning in the fine print instructing you not to hold wireless devices close to your body.
Mums aren’t off the hook either. There are many studies that find mobile phone use by mums during pregnancy may be associated with an increased risk for behavioural problems, particularly hyperactivity/inattention problems and also autism.
The American Academy of Paediatrics had this to say about smartphones:
“They’re not toys. They have radiation that is emitted from them and the more we can keep it off the body and use (the phone) in other ways, it will be safer”.

Safety Standards

In 2012, the American Academy of Paediatrics wrote a letter to the Federal Communications Commission in the USA asking them to review the existing outdated and inappropriate standards for high-frequency radiation. It’s a story for another day, but in short, our regulatory standards do not protect us and Australia is no different. They are not only outdated but they also don’t take into consideration that our cells are adversely affected by this type of radiation (only that it can heat our tissues).

Steps to Reduce Your Child’s EMF Exposure from Technology

Listed below are many steps you can take that will make a significant difference to your child’s health and wellbeing. Most of these recommendations are similar to those given by the American Academy of Paediatrics.
  • The best way to reduce EMF in the home is to replace your wireless router/modem with a non-wireless router and install ethernet connection points.
  • Use corded plug-in (not wireless) connections for your gaming device, printer, mouse, speakers, tablets, keyboards and headphones.
  • All gaming devices (PS4, Xbox, Nintendo Switch) emit radiation so time spent on them should be limited and controllers should be wired.
  • To play an app or watch a movie on your device, download it first, then switch to airplane mode while you watch in order to avoid unnecessary radiation exposure.
  • Disable the WiFi and Bluetooth functions on all your laptops, computers and tablets.
  • Smartphones and tablets can also be connected to ethernet using adaptors.
  • Apple TV, Smart TVs, Google Chrome Cast and similar emit EMF and need to be completely unplugged when not in use.
  • At a minimum, turn off your wireless router at night and only turn on during the day when needed.
  • Do not install a router in your bedroom or living area where the family spends a lot of time.
  • At bedtime turn off all mobile phones or put them in airplane mode. Sleep mode will not suffice.
  • Never allow a child to put a phone to their head or keep it in their pocket; older children can use speakerphone or air tubes (a special type of EMF-limiting earphones).
  • Text or email instead of making mobile phone calls or use speakerphone.
  • Never make phone calls in cars, trains or buses. The phone works much harder to get a signal through metal.
  • Never charge a phone or tablet beside your bed, even in airplane mode or when turned off.
  • Pregnant women should keep all wireless devices (mobile phones, tablets, laptops) away from their abdomen.
  • Replace DECT cordless phones with corded phones.
  • Set some ground rules to keep the usage of devices down.
  • Work and play outside even if using devices. Nature (grounding and the sun) is your greatest asset when it comes to offsetting the negative effects of man-made EMF.

Oneness and Goodness...

The Path of Oneness
Oneness is the fundamental nature of the universe. Everything is connected to everything else. We cannot see it with our eyes. We cannot feel it with our skin. Only when we dwell in silence, in meditation, can we come to this ultimate realization. Our essential nature is One.
  • Buddhists call it Emptiness.
  • Hindus call it Brahman.
  • Christians call it God or the Holy Spirit.
Beyond the world of lights and shadows, beyond words and forms, beyond names and shapes, the mystics have unveiled this Oneness and declared it to be the unchanging truth. Oneness is not a philosophy but rather the numinous aspect of religion. It has been unveiled again and again to sincere seekers of every faith.
The firsthand realization of Oneness is not easily accessed. Veils, comprised of thoughts, emotions, energy, body, and external activities cloud our true nature and cause a perception of division. The path is introverted in nature. It seeks to explore the veils and detach from them until nothing is left except that which is always present.

The Path of Goodness
Alas, Oneness is not easily accessed and duality is a powerful veiling force. We feel separate, alone, at odds with each other. That is why all of the world’s religions have primarily focused on the dual path of Goodness through the cultivation of love, compassion, generosity, and kindness.
These are not easy to come by. Our animal nature is strong. As human beings, we are intensely sexual, possessive, and more prone to violence than any other species on Earth.
We need to cultivate Goodness. Each one of us is born with the seeds inside of us—but they are only seeds. They need to be nurtured and cared for, otherwise, the weeds of anger, hatred, jealousy, greed, laziness, despair, pride, lust and gluttony will overtake our internal life. Strife on the inside will cause strife on the outside.
Religions of the world have asked us to be compassionate, fair, just, loving and giving. These attributes are not given. They must be nurtured and earned. Only when Goodness has reached a flourishing state can it be shared with the world. Only an overflowing cup of love can truly be shared with another. As Christ said, thou shalt “love thy neighbor as thyself.” If you do not love yourself, how can you love your neighbor?

Practiced Together or Separately
Most human beings have an inclination to practice one path over the other. Those who seek peace of mind are more likely to trek the Oneness path. Those who seek to be more loving, compassionate and relational are more likely to travel the Goodness path. Only a few have ever mastered both, but we call those who have prophets, gurus or exemplars.

Understanding and Acceptance
As I mentioned earlier, my Experifaith model seeks to show the experiential connection between religions and spiritual paths. For the longest time, I thought that all the world’s religions had the same goals, but when I unveiled these two paths during my studies, I realized that most theological conflicts, both internal and external, stem from an inability to discern between the two.
The paths exist side-by-side in all the major religions but they should not be conflated and seen as the same path. Neither path is wrong, because each path navigates a separate terrain. One is nondual in nature, the other dual. Therefore, both paths should be practiced and appreciated on their own terms.
Here is the main takeaway. Both paths are found in all the wisdom traditions. The Oneness path is usually reserved for the mystics while the Goodness path is preached to the general population. They each serve a purpose. We should respect them as such.

A rare conversation...

A rare conversation between Ramkrishna Paramahansa & Swami Vivekanand...
Swami Vivekanand:- I can’t find free time. Life has become hectic.
Ramkrishna Paramahansa:- Activity gets you busy. But productivity gets you free.
Swami Vivekanand:- Why has life become complicated now?
Ramkrishna Paramahansa:- Stop analyzing life.. It makes it complicated. Just live it.
Swami Vivekanand:- Why are we then constantly unhappy?
Ramkrishna Paramahansa:- Worrying has become your habit. That’s why you are not happy.
Swami Vivekanand:- Why do good people always suffer?
Ramkrishna Paramahansa:- Diamond cannot be polished without friction. Gold cannot be purified without fire. Good people go through trials, but don’t suffer. With that experience their life becomes better, not bitter.
Swami Vivekanand:- You mean to say such experience is useful?
Ramkrishna Paramahansa:- Yes. In every term, Experience is a hard teacher. She gives the test first and the lessons afterwards.
Swami Vivekanand:- Because of so many problems, we don’t know where we are heading…
Ramkrishna Paramahansa:- If you look outside you will not know where you are heading. Look inside. Eyes provide sight. Heart provides the way.
Swami Vivekanand:- Does failure hurt more than moving in the right direction?
Ramkrishna Paramahansa:- Success is a measure as decided by others. Satisfaction is a measure as decided by you.
Swami Vivekanand:- In tough times, how do you stay motivated?
Ramkrishna Paramahansa:- Always look at how far you have come rather than how far you have to go. Always count your blessing, not what you are missing.
Swami Vivekanand:- What surprises you about people?
Ramkrishna Paramahansa:- When they suffer they ask, “why me?” When they prosper, they never ask “Why me?”
Swami Vivekanand:- How can I get the best out of life?
Ramkrishna Paramahansa:- Face your past without regret. Handle your present with confidence. Prepare for the future without fear.
Swami Vivekanand:- One last question. Sometimes I feel my prayers are not answered.
Ramkrishna Paramahansa:- There are no unanswered prayers. Keep the faith and drop the fear. Life is a mystery to solve, not a problem to resolve. Trust me. Life is wonderful if you know how to live.
Any Person can make you realize how wonderful the world is..!
But only few will make you realize how wonderful you are in the world..!

The Heart of the Soul...

———————————————————————————–
By Dr. Jessie Mercay
posted by Ganesh
The Heart of the Soul: Mystics and scientists agree about the heart of all matter – The God Particle – Higgs boson by Dr. Jessie Mercay
“While I was beseeching Our Lord today… I began to think of the soul as if it were a castle made of a single diamond or of very clear crystal, in which there are many rooms, just as in Heaven there are many mansions.” — St. Teresa of Avila
This description of the soul by St. Teresa of Avila, found in the book “Interior Castles” is extremely similar to the description of the Cosmic Soul and the individuated cosmic soul (Atman) described by Brahmarishi Mayan thousands of years ago. Mayan called this “microabode”. Or smallest abode of consciousness in living beings. He diagrammed the Atman and Cosmic Being through the Vaastu Purusha Mandala with its’ divisions of 8×8 grid (Cosmic or unmanifest level) and 9×9 grid (manifest level). The book “Fabric of the Universe” by Dr. Jessie Mercay describes this in detail. available at aumscience.com bookstore.
Understanding that the Soul is not just a vague idea of some aspect of our self opens the door to direct experience. This direct experience then becomes the doorway to the Infinite Being we all seek. Our aware connection with our own Atman (Soul) changes our life, our goals, our wishes, and our sense of well being. Mystics from all faiths agree that this form called Soul exists literally in the heart of all beings. Certain and specific meditation in a specific environment opens access to this Inner Being. Once that access is there a change in thinking occurs. Thoughts cease to flow from the mind of the brain and one begins to operate on a subtle level where thought arises directly from the mind of the heart. Thought becomes very faint or even imperceptible and one begins to operate from Divine motive rather than individual motive.
At the very least this is a relief because one is not hampered or stressed due to constant thinking. If one has more conscious thoughts, they are direct and pure emanations of the divine. No, it is not as if God is talking to you. That is simply a reflection of duality an not a reflection of oneness. It is more like you are living Gods’ thoughts. That is, this Unity with the Divine through the Atmic experience is a living experience of “let thy will be done.” Let thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven becomes a living reality in that one acts through divine will rather than individual will/personality. Ones true nature is then out-pictured rather than ones personality nature. There is a caveat regarding ones own nature but it is too much to cover here.
Brahmarishi Mayan developed his Vaastu Shastras to create environments that vibrate with an ambiance that promotes ones spiritual well being. These environments cause a specific vibration that causes the human vibration (via the thread of consciousness in the Atman) to become enlivened and in resonance with the Cosmic qualities of spiritual bliss. This enhances ones connection with the heart of the soul – Atman.
Now, to give a little relief to those who are more scientifically minded I will put this in different terms: Brahmarishi Mayan (and apparently St. Therese of Avilla and others) cognized within their selves that there is a field that all material forms arise from called the Quantum Field. This field is one of infinite potential and is the field within which all the material world exists. Physicists say that this Field is infinitely vast and contains the gross material world and minute particles of light and sound – these are also described by Brahmarishi Mayan (about 10,000 BCE).
When these particles become orderly they pulse or vibrate causing specific qualities of energy based upon their wave form. These qualities of energy emerge and become individuated and make up the entire material world.
The juncture of time when the sperm and egg unite begins the life of an individuated being. This act of creation has at its’ root the ignition of these light and sound particles. There is a point at which there is an energy transference from unmanifest Quantum Field to material form. At this point or location there is a light/sound particle some call Atman and that particle multiplies itself and creates flesh around it that we call the physical organ – heart. This initial particle that out pictures the heart and other organs including the entire body, is in fact a tiny particle that can ultimately be identified by physicists. This particle may already be identified at the atom smashing research done at CERN where the so called “God particle” has been discovered. Mayan says this form he saw is indeed as St. Therese described. Mayan also said that this particle goes from a cuboidal shape to a polygonal shape (shown as octagon), and then to a round shape as it becomes fully manifest. (This sequence is demonstrated by the well known image called lingam, which begins with a square bottom, octogonal mid- secetion and circular top). In the picture below from National Geographic, the process of atom smashing reveals this “God particle” (also called Higgs boson) born of immense light and formed into a round form. This coincides with what Mayan described. Researchers in particle physics say that this particle is at the “heart of all matter.”
Finally, we can access this “God particle” within the cave of our heart as described by the mystics and yogis. In accessing this, thoughts cease and we are overcome by a peace beyond all understanding. Living in a Vaastu home or having a small vaastu garbha (building) in your yard increases your opportunity to experience your own “God particle”, your source, and gain this profound well being.

21 Rules to Live Your Life

In the final days of his life, the mythical Japanese samurai Musashi Miyamoto retreated to a cave called the Reigandō. (Spirit Rock Cave) In that cave he spent the final months of his life meditating and writing his views on the world. While secluded in the cave he wrote, "Dokkōdō". The Dokkōdō contains his very own soul.
The Dokkōdō means "The Path of Aloneness" or "The Way to be Followed Alone" . Musashi wrote this work a week before his death. It is 21 lines long, each line containing a different idea one would live by.
21-rules-of-life
1. Accept Everything Just The Way It Is.
Beautiful advice. Rather than worry or fret about what's going on around you, accept it.
Too often we struggle trying to change things that cannot be changed. When one accepts things as they are, they are free to pursue their true purpose as opposed to fighting against the unchangeable. The time you've spent dwelling on it is better spent improving yourself.
2. Do Not Seek Pleasure For It's Own Sake.
Seeking out the pleasurable things in life quickly become a distraction from the overall goal. In time, the pursuit of pleasure may become the goal itself and all effort towards your true purpose is lost. Avoid constant pleasure if you would stay true to your path.
3. Do Not, Under Any Circumstances, Depend On A Partial Feeling.
You must be sure of where you put your foot before you step. The meaning here is not to get confused, to keep your head clear, and only act when you're certain.
4. Think Lightly Of Yourself And Deeply Of The World.
Being humble. How are you to hear wisdom if you only hear yourself? If you only walk around with eyes for yourself, you'll miss the details of the world around you. Paying attention to the world let's you better appreciate the results of your actions, as well as giving you insight into things you would otherwise miss.
5. Be Detached From Desire Your Whole Lifelong.
If you spend your life chasing a dream you may be running forever. Live your life to be content, have goals but don't let them rule you. Don't dwell on what others have when you can make your own.
6. Do Not Regret What You Have Done.
Understand your actions. If you disprove of how you are, don't constantly regret the past and be bitter. Work to understand yourself, put it past you, and live your life how you should.
7. Never Be Jealous.
It's a waste of time. Spend your energy productively. All that time scheming could achieve a lot of other things.
8. Never Let Yourself Be Saddened By A Separation.
Just by living life people will come and go. It's not the distance that matters but how you remember them. Keep them close to your heart and they are always living in your footsteps.
9. Resentment And Complaint Are Appropriate Neither For Oneself Nor Others.
Both happen because of an inability to accept and are a waste of time. It is far more efficient to change things without resentment or complaint and accepting what cannot be changed. Better to focus your energy on bettering yourself or them then causing useless grief.
10. Do Not Let Yourself Be Guided By The Feeling Of Lust Or Love.
Act with respect to yourself. If one studies the irrational behavior of humans it becomes prevalent that most of it is caused by love and lust. As wonderful as love can be, it can be equally as hurtful and distracting from one’s primary goal and, all to often, the same goal can even be forsaken. Lust will also become a bar to one’s path and will be no less of an obstruction as love. Never allow either to guide you.
11. In All Things Have No Preferences.
Have an open mind, be ready to try all things and desire none.If you always act a certain way you will never experience anything new.
12. Be Indifferent To Where You Live.
Living is living. If your unhappy with where you are, move, but in time you'll realize it's not where you live but how you live. A palace or a parking garage; be happy of shelter and warmth.
13. Do Not Pursue The Taste Of Good Food.
You can see this in evidence today. Eat for nourishment and eat to be full. Living the life of a ronin Mushashi learned the value of appreciating a full stomach. A taste for good food can be as harmful as any addiction.
14. Do Not Hold On To Possessions You No Longer Need.
Everything has its use, but eventually things run their course and become broken or unusable. If it no longer benefits with you, part with it freely. Give it to someone who can appreciate it. Let go of what is no longer useful and move forward. You'll feel better for it.
15. Do Not Act Following Customary Beliefs.
Think and act for yourself. Act how you think you should act not how others say you should. You only have one chance to decide for yourself.
16. Do Not Collect Weapons Or Practice With Weapons Beyond What Is Useful.
A tribute to his time but apt advice depending on how you apply it. As with other possessions, it becomes burdensome to the Way when the desire for weapons becomes prominent. Keep what is useful and discard what is not.
17. Do Not Fear Death.
This may be the hardest one for some to do.  Everyone dies, Everyone comes to terms differently. Great deeds can never be accomplished so long as death holds sway over your decisions. A true warrior carries death in his heart daily and, when the time comes, fully embraces it.
18. Do Not Seek To Possess Either Goods Or Fiefs For Your Old Age.
What good will they do when you're gone? Apt advice as well, Live usefully and collect what is useful. When you make plans for material possessions, you lose focus on what is truly important and do what you can to live and enjoy wealth. This can lead to cowardice and other loathsome actions that will further you from the Way.  Don't waste your time when you can spend your time bettering yourself.
19. Respect Buddha And The Gods Without Counting On Their Help.
Count on yourself, Don't count on luck or gods to pull you through. Tackle the endeavors you know are within your capabilities. If you pray to them for strength then they will put you in situations to find it.
20. You May Abandon Your Own Body But You Must Preserve Your Honor.
Don't do anything you can't live with for the rest of your life. Your actions make you. If you become old and weak, not far from the drink; live still with the actions and character that made men respect you.
21. Never Stray From The Way.
If you live a certain way, Either devote yourself wholly to it or cast it aside. If you can't bring yourself to place complete conviction in your actions then why do them?

Experience the space between...

Universal Space
Perhaps you’ve never thought about having a gap between your thoughts and maybe cannot imagine it right now. After all, our thoughts tumble one right after the other, oftentimes overlapping. I’ve heard we can entertain hundreds of thoughts per minute but only about 5 or 6 ever reach our mind to register as a thought. So how could there possibly be any gap between thoughts? There is always a gap, or space between every thought just as there is a gap between every step into the next step that you take. You never think about it most likely; you just do it without realizing there is a gap.
Think about a trapeze artist. Everyone watches in awe as the performer let's go of one bar as he/she flies through the air, grabbing for the bar swinging towards him. But think about it – there was a momentary, split second gap between the release of one bar and the grabbing of another. A lot can happen during that split second. The performer can actually grab hold of the bar swinging towards him and wow his audience, or completely miss the bar and experience a catastrophic result. The same is true in our lives – we can experience a wonderful success or experience a catastrophe through our gaps.
In the gap is your realness, the space in which for that moment there is silence. This is where you can quiet your mind and meditate. You’ve probably heard that it’s important to meditate every day, but if you’re like many individuals, you just can’t seem to squeeze it into your busy schedule. Or perhaps you are like some individuals who find they cannot quiet their mind chatter so simply give up trying to meditate. Yet meditation is life’s most powerful tool!
So why is it so difficult to stay in the gap? Our minds have been conditioned to be active and continually moving from one thought to another. We have created the busy schedules for ourselves because we have been programmed that this is the norm and what is expected of us. But when we do this we never have a chance to discover who we really are or what our truths are, for it is in the silence that these things are revealed…in the gap. Nor can we calm our brains and our bodies if they are always in action mode.
Deepak Chopra has been an advocate of meditation for many years and teaches various forms of meditation in his centers and programs. Many other healers and teachers follow suit with meditation programs as well, and this is due to the realization of the good it does for anyone when they regularly meditate. Dr. Michael Lam promotes meditation as part of recovery for adrenal fatigue and Dr. Henry Emmons tells us that meditation is critical for calming and balancing the brain. In my own life, I was a procrastinator about taking the time to meditate, but every time I made the time for even 5 or 10 minutes of meditating, I felt so much lighter and uplifted, and my body was calmer.
Meditation really has no rules. It simply means sitting quietly for a period of time without thoughts or movements. Many assume the lotus pose, but as soon as you sit down your mind doesn’t stop running thoughts through. Your goal is to acknowledge the thoughts but not to put any feelings to them…just let them be and slip right on through your mind. Here are some tips that were sent to me when I participated in Deepak Chopra’s 21-day Meditation Challenge a few months ago. They were tremendously helpful to me and I hope they will be beneficial to you as well.
1. Have no expectations. Sometimes the mind is too active to settle down. Sometimes it settles down immediately. Sometimes it goes quiet but you may not notice. Anything can happen because the goal is not to control the session.
2. Be easy with yourself. Meditation isn’t about getting it right or wrong. Surrendering to whatever happens is also an indication that you are on the right track. It’s about letting your mind find its true nature.
3. Really be there. If your attention is somewhere else, thinking about your next appointment, errand or meal, gently shift your attention back to the “So Hum (I AM)” mantra. Focusing on your mantra will help lead you back to the gap between thought.
Using the So-Hum mantra was a big help to me. As you sit quietly, taking slow, deep breaths in through your nose and then quietly exhaling through your nose, you simply think in your mind “So” as you inhale and “Hum” as you exhale. If you find your mind wandering, simply focus back on your breathing and the mantra. You may have to do this a lot in the beginning, but over time you will get the hang of this and be able to stay in the gap more readily.
The wonderful part of the gap (silence) is that it is only pure love. We want to operate our lives from love but often find ourselves operating from the fear of the world. In the space of love is where we know our truths and can create the desires of our heart. It is here that you can shift your beliefs, and inner silence is the place where you can heal. In her book Embraced by the Light, Betty Eadie, who experienced a near death experience and whose spirit traveled through death to the other side and back, said she discovered this on the other side: “Above all, I was shown that love is supreme. I saw that truly without love we are nothing. We are here to help one another, to care for one another, to understand, forgive and serve one another, and we are here to have love for every person born on earth.”
Sometimes while sitting quietly some old unpleasant experiences (stories) may surface. This is a great time to notice an experience and feel the negative feelings connected to it, but recognize it serves no purpose in your life and let it go. You can release the weight from around your neck and be free from it in this space of love.
Another benefit of daily meditation is that it has been proven to provide deeper levels of intuition and creativity. If you want to wake up your intuition and connect with the realm of spirit, or revive your stagnant creativity, this is a way to open up the channels within you. Additionally, it provides relief from stress, more restful sleep, more inner calm, and many health benefits. It has been noted that a deep meditation can literally revive the body just as sleep can!
So why wouldn’t you want to make use of this amazing gift of the gap between thoughts, given all the benefits it can provide in your life? Why not try it for just five minutes to start? The key is to simply begin, and once you get the momentum rolling, I believe you’ll see the benefits in your life and won’t want to live a day without meditating. Remember, there are no rules and there is no time-frame requirement…that is your choice. But even ten minutes per day can dramatically change your life for the better.

We are everything...

we are everything...
We are all visitors to this time, this place. We are just passing through.
Our purpose here is to observe, to learn, to grow, to love
and then we return home — Australian Aboriginal proverb
I remember the serene humongous place filled with misty white light and pillars. I can still feel the awe from the first time I visited this place in my dreams as a child. Despite the powerful authority in its being this place had a sacred, soothing, loving, sublime energy. Everything seemed bathed in glowing, misty white light as if it the place was made out of clouds. At the time I did not know what I was tapping into but I do remember I wanted to stay there longer.
As far as I can recall even as a child I was always intrigued by the cycle of life and death. I had a deep awareness of a bigger plan and purpose. Visit to the misty white halls during sleep as a child and waking up with messages of wisdom beyond my earth age was mind boggling for my parents to say the least. I felt an unexplainable connection to this secret place and was pleasantly surprised when I consciously accessed the Akashic records for the first time many years after. It was a feeling of Déjà vu, a feeling of coming home. As soon as I accessed my records soothing sound of chimes and harp greeted me. A feeling of love emanated from the records and I could feel the loving joy in my heart. Surrounded with love I witnessed visuals and words as if I was watching a 4D PowerPoint presentation.
Who are we?
Most of us are seeking answers regarding our soul journey to explain who we are, what our soul purpose is, why do we suffer, why certain things, issues, patterns are so persistent in our lives? Why no amount of effort is good enough to change them? It’s like being caught in a vicious circle where the variables (people, places, and situations) change but the patterns persist. They just change form but don’t disappear.
Our essence is divine. We embody the Source, representing the highest vibration of love. We are an integral part of Universal Consciousness and are never isolated. Earth is our school where we take human form and incarnate lifetime after lifetime. We learn lessons for soul advancement through life experiences to manifest the spiritual perfection we embody at a physical earth plane. Through these experiences we continue our journey of spiritual growth and evolvement with the latent desire to align ourselves with our ultimate soul purpose - to be one with Source.
I remember during my first conscious journey in the Akashic records I was looking for answers to some relationship issues. I was definitely not expecting the insights that came through from not one but three previous lifetimes. Saying that I was taken by surprise would be an understatement. I had no idea the issues affecting one relationship was a string of patterns that were manifesting in other areas of my life as well and they were definitely not working in my benefit. The origin of these issues was totally unexpected and it took a little while for the awareness to sink in. With awareness came healing followed by a sense of liberation. Ever since I started connecting with the energy of Akashic records I have been able to see past the illusion and make life choices that have opened (still opening) new doors and opportunities that I couldn’t have dreamt of earlier.
What are Akashic Records?
Akasha is a Sanskrit word which means ether, primary or primordial substance out of which everything is formed. It surrounds us in entirety. Akashic records or hall of records as referred to by some is multi-dimensional library of light wherein all the information and wisdom pertaining to each and every soul ever incarnated is encoded in light. The wisdom of the Akashic records is very sublime and for centuries was only available to seers, saints and highly evolved souls. It is a responsibility that was only entrusted to the ones who were capable of respecting its sacredness. However, in the Age of Aquarius as humanity is evolving we have come from a state of dependency to a state of responsibility, taking conscious ownership for our spiritual growth and evolution.
Akashic records have existed from the beginning of time. Even though the name is derived from Sanskrit these are recognized and interpreted by different names across different cultures and belief systems (in ‘Torah’ as the book of remembrance; in Bible as the Book of Life). According to Garuda Purana, Chitragupta tracks and builds a record of every action of each life form from birth to death. In mystical traditions these documents are referred to as the Akashic records, said to contain every action that has ever taken in the universe. Edgar Cayce (1877-1945) the American mystic also known as the ‘sleeping prophet’ used the trance channeling method to access the records and relayed information and wisdom pertaining to spirituality and human evolution. Besides Edgar Cayce theosophist Helena Blavatsky (1831-1891) referred to “indestructible tablets of the astral light” recording both the past and future of human thought and action; Rudolf Steiner (1861-1925) also referred to the Akashic Records in his writings. According to quantum physicist Ervin Laszlo -“it is the electromagnetic imprint of everything that’s ever happened in the Universe”. In simple language it would be fair to call Akashic records a vibrational filing system where every thought, word, emotion, action generated by soul experience since its beginning is recorded which translates directly to past, present and future possibilities.
These records are not set in stone. They are ever evolving and this trait can be attributed to Karma. We are all too familiar with ‘Karma’ - the concept of “action” or “deed”, which causes the entire cycle of cause and effect. Commonly used in Hinduism, Jainism, Buddhism, Sikhism, and Taoism; it is synonymous with “what goes around comes around” and “one reaps what one sows” in western culture. It refers to the totality of our actions and their reactions in this and past lifetimes, all of which shapes our future.
Where are Akashic Records located and how they can be accessed?
Akashic records exist in the higher realms of Consciousness in Akasha above the astral plane and are guarded by the powerful beings of light. These gatekeepers of the records have never been incarnated. They do not have physical bodies or names and their strong energetic presence can only be felt. Their responsibility is to ensure the sacredness and sanctity of the records is protected and maintained.
While accessing information about past lifetimes we tap into the seventh vibration and above where all the information pertaining to past lifetimes is stored. There are various ways of accessing the energy of the Akashic records like trance channelling, meditations, sacred prayers, breathing techniques etc. I use a sacred prayer to align with the heart and soul of the records. It gives the attunement or the key to fine tune the messages and wisdom being received from this sublime realm. Once the Records are opened the Keepers of the Records direct the course and as guided the information that is most valuable for the one whose records are being read is retrieved.
In the sublime energy of the Akasha all inner sensory receptors are awakened and intuition is heightened. As we open to Divine guidance we allow ourselves to receive the illuminating wisdom that comes from the ascended beings of light.
How can accessing Akashic Records heal?
In search of answers, we seek help from others looking for a ray of hope and explanation about the causes of what we are going through, not to mention a quick fix as remedy. While the energy field and vibration can give us some information, the long lasting healing power lies deep within our soul.
When Akashic records are accessed the information pertaining to current life situations is always highlighted. Many times latent patterns come to surface so they can be healed. Akashic records are like an online resource (if you think about it they are literally like a virtual library); the more questions we ask the more clear answers we receive.
The past lives specifics like who I was in the past life or what I did in that life is not important. What is important is the wisdom that comes from accessing those lifetimes, the insight into any karmic debts, blockages or patterns that are still manifesting in this life as a result of previous lifetimes.
The records point out the origin of such karmic debts, patterns or blockages which in most cases can be traced back to previous lifetimes. Some of these are linked to unfinished business or pending lessons that the soul has yet to learn. In some cases these are the triggers to remind the soul of lessons mastered in previous lifetime that are waiting to be activated through memory in this lifetime.
Akashic Records provide all the information and understanding so one can take appropriate action. They empower us so we can create a change in our life, release self-limiting beliefs, transform relationships in our inner and outer Universe and embrace peace as a way of life. They never tell us what to do. The guidance comes from a non-judgemental place of love and compassion providing opportunities for growth and direction for soul’s advancement.
The Akashic Record Connection
Learning to access one’s own Akashic records is empowering. By aligning with the energy of our soul’s records we gain insight, guidance and wisdom to overcome issues and challenges which enables us to live our life fully and abundantly. It gives us a sense of accountability and deep healing as layers peel off and we discover our self beyond the mirage of time and space. Accessing records of others is an enriching experience because it’s not only an opportunity to assist someone progress on their life path but also many times the messages received contain wisdom that applies to our life. One of the most common feedbacks I receive after Akashic record session is “feeling light as if some weight is lifted off.”
The wisdom and knowledge encoded in Akashic records is sacred. To strengthen the relationship with the records it’s important to work with integrity in the records. When we work from a place of pure, unconditional love without interference from our Ego we are able to receive and translate the messages clearly making amazing progress possible.

Silent mind n beyond...

"Sometimes I must be silent
For that is the only way
To know a little better,
To think a little wiser,
To become a little more perfect,
To claim God a little sooner."
No matter which path you follow for meditation, the first and foremost task is to try to make the mind calm and quiet. If the mind is constantly roaming, if it is all the time a victim of merciless thoughts, then you will make no progress whatsoever. The mind has to be made calm and quiet so that when the light descends from above, you can be fully conscious of it. In your conscious observation and conscious acceptance of light, you will enter into a profound meditation and see the purification, transformation and illumination of your life.
How will you make the mind calm and quiet? The mind has its own power, and right now this power is stronger than your present eagerness and determination to meditate. But if you can get help from your heart, then gradually you will be able to control your mind. The heart, in turn, gets constant assistance from the soul, which is all light and all power.

Beyond the mind
In light, vision and reality are one. You are sitting there and I am standing here. Let us say that I am the vision and you are the reality. I have to look at you and enter into you in order to know you. But in the highest meditation reality and vision are one. Where you are, I also am there; where I am, you are. We are one. That is why in the highest meditation we do not need thoughts. In the highest meditation the knower and the thing to be known are one.
Even reflection, which is a quiet kind of introspective thinking, is far from the disciplined vastness of meditation. The moment we start thinking, we play with limitation and bondage. Our thoughts, no matter how sweet or delicious at the moment, are painful and destructive in the long run because they limit and bind us. In the thinking mind there is no reality. Each moment we are building a world, and the following moment we are breaking it. The mind has its purpose, but in the spiritual life we have to go far above the mind to where there is eternal peace, eternal wisdom and eternal light. When we go beyond thinking with the help of our aspiration and meditation, only then can we see and enjoy God's Reality and God's Vision together.
