All life forms are precious, and exist for a reason, from the largest down to the tiniest. Each at times struggles and trudges through this very challenging world, and does their best just to keep breathing and to remain alive. Within all others is the exact spark which animates ourselves - its inception point and make-up are of identical energy & frequency to our own.
With this awareness in mind, realize that all is just an extension of yourself, and that you are inseparable from them at your core. They exist within you, as you do them. Kindness and mercy at this state of awareness is no longer a goal or aspiration: It is natural, as you know the other IS you, reflecting in myriad expression. What we do to “others” we do to ourselves, be it kind or else-wise.
