Who are the Rational Thinkers (Atheists)?

Atheist is just a word to refer the non-believers of the concept "He is GOD". All the rational thinkers are called as Atheists. But in reality, Rational thinkers are believers in their Self and have aspirations to become a Self learner or Spiritual person which they may or may not know. Remember all the Sages, Siddhars, Buddha, Mahavira were called as atheists in their times.
